A: Your 12-month investment is due upfront to secure your spot. This ensures commitment and allows us to build a real partnership with you. After your first 12 months, you’re eligible for month-to-month payments. If you have a unique situation, let’s talk.

A: Yes. Your business changes—we adjust with you. Just let us know.

A: Starter = Monthly bookkeeping, basic dashboard, monthly reports. Perfect if you’re just starting or have one revenue stream.

Growth = Everything in Starter + quarterly reviews, tax strategy, advanced dashboards, priority support. For women who are scaling.

A: No. We organize what’s already there—we don’t change anything. If tax issues exist, we flag them so you can address them with your accountant. Cleanup is about clarity, not creating problems.

A: Almost always, yes. We pull from bank statements, QuickBooks audit logs, email receipts, merchant processors, and previous tax records. Even if transactions are deleted from QuickBooks, the data exists somewhere. We’re experts at finding it and rebuilding your books accurately.
